Performing Arts Coaching
I offer individual coaching in Musical Theatre singing and acting technique. Many of my clients use my services in audition preparation for professional work, training colleges and universities. I also can provide exam coaching for students wishing to develop their singing and acting technique.

The clients who come to me are provided with knowledge and expertise to help them develop and hone skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.
121 SESSIONS
121 Sessions are 30, 45 or 60 minutes long and can include singing tuition, acting through song direction, guidance with repertoire and audition choices, vocal technique and application support and guidance (training programmes and university).
WORKSHOPS
I have extensive experience in teaching musical theatre and can provide workshops to groups, schools, colleges and universities. Sessions may include group singing, acting through song, song and dance, and advice and guidance on contextual studies, college applications and self-tapes.
ONLINE
I can offer 121 sessions online through remote Zoom meetings, but can also provide feedback on self-tapes and personal statements.

ABOUT ME
CHRISTOPHER JOHN
WOODHALL
I am an enthusiastic and professional fully qualified teacher of singing, acting and dance with extensive experience of leading classes and workshops in musical theatre based in Buckinghamshire.
I teach singing, musical theatre and acting through song at Laine Theatre Arts, and have Level 1 and 2 Certificate in Estill Voice Training, and extensive experience at coaching individuals privately.
I understand the demands of a performer having worked professionally in theatre, and now have the passion and drive to mentor and guide individuals to fulfil their potential and strive for independent thinking, interpretation and quality in their musical theatre education and understanding.
Clients have gone on to study at institutions such as Arts Ed, Central School of Speech and Drama, Chichester University, East 15, Guildford School of Acting, Italia Conti, Laine Theatre Arts, Millennium, Mountview, Performers and Urdang Academy.

Chris has helped me in so many ways in my pursuit to be a performer. He has taught me so much in terms of singing technique that I would not have known otherwise.
